飲料大手コカ・コーラ（Coca-Cola）の果実飲料の表示の適正性について
審理している米最高裁判事らは21日、同社の製品表示に対する姿勢を厳しく叱責した。

判事は「コカ・コーラは、本件でみられたような消費者を欺く表示が、表示の全国的統一に沿ったものだと考えているのか」と詰問した。
